摘要
农村中小学布局调整的目的，是通过优化农村教育资源配置，实现优质教育资源的共享，促进农村义务教育的持续、健康发展。但目前各地布局调整的方式却导致当前教育中存在许多规模不经济的情况，如农村学校规模过小，造成资源浪费等。出台相应的指导布局调整的政策，制定具体的调整指标，各地按政策和标准要求因地制宜地进行学校布局调整，能有效提高我国农村中小学的办学效益及教学质量。
The object of the country elementary school＇s overall arrangement is by optimize the allocation of country education resources to realize the share of the high quality education resources, to promote the sustainable and healthy development of country compulsory education. However, the way of overall arrangement in every place make some problems, such as scale in education is diseconomy, for example the scale of country school is very small so that many resources are wasted. In order to enhance the availability of our country elementary school＇ s returns of running a school and teaching quality, we need to come out a policy to guide the overall arrangement, to make the specific guide line.
