摘要
目的探讨简便、有效的治疗直肠黏膜下瘘的方法。方法用胶筋挂线法治疗直肠黏膜下肛瘘71例,治愈率达100%。随访3个月～2年,未见复发。结论该方法具有操作简便、并发症少、费用低、安全可靠等优点,是治疗直肠黏膜下瘘的有效方法。
Objective To explore and discusse the simple and effective method for curing Rectal Submucosal Fistula. Methods we cured 71 cases of Rectal Submucosal Fistula by rubber hanging wire therapy, and the recovery ratio was 100%. Though 3 months to 2 years follow - up, there was no recurrence in the cases. Conclusion This method, which had many advantages, such as simple opt.fating, less complications, low fee, safety and reliance, might be effective to cure Anus fistula under submucous stratum of rectum.
