摘要
针对某型武器装备的半实物仿真试验中总控制台的功能需求,提出了基于VMIC实时网的控制台系统设计思路,给出了控制台的设计方案和具体实现途径;通过标准化的硬件设计、模块化的软件设计以及RTX子系统开发,控制台实现了实时数据采集及传输、实时数据曲线显示、程控直流电源控制、时序信号产生与检测、各种开环测试、模型仿真验证及故障重现、开放式数据处理和存储打印等功能,体现出实时性、通用性和扩展性的系统特点;该系统通过对实时同步和状态监控的成功实现,保证了半实物仿真实验顺利而有效地进行。
For the control requirement of hardware in-loop simulation about some weapon equipments, the system design of simulation control platform based on VMIC network is put forward. Its design schema and realization approaches are introduced. By the use of standard- ization hardware, modularization software and RTX real-time sub-system, the control platform can carry out real-time data acquirement and transfers, real-time data curve display, DC power supply programmable control, time signals generation and measurement, some open loop testing, simulation models validation and failures recurrence, data processing, printing, and so on. The control platform takes on the characteristic of real-time, universality and expansibility. The realization of real-time synchronization and state supervision ensures that the hardware-in-loop simulation carries through successfully and effectively.
