基于标准脉冲数比较法的汽车轮胎压力监测与报警系统研究 被引量:6

摘要 汽车ABS轮速传感器发出的脉冲数与轮胎压力密切相关,记录并分析定距离内各个车轮所发出的脉冲数,就能间接监测各个车轮的轮胎压力。在轮胎道路试验数据的基础上,提出了轮速传感器原始脉冲数和标准脉冲数的概念,给出了利用标准脉冲数间接监测轮胎压力的新方法,这些方法包括车轮标定和脉冲数修正方法、标准脉冲数比较方法、标准脉冲数误差阈值计算方法、确定轮胎压力异常的小样本统计判断方法等。基于上述方法制作了间接式轮胎压力监测系统样品,经实车道路试验效果良好。研究结果对设计和开发利用轮速传感器脉冲的轮胎压力监测系统具有重要参考意义。 The pulse numbers from wheel speed sensors of vehicle's ABS have close relationship with tire pressure of the wheels. Recording and analyzing the pulse numbers in a certain distance, the tire pressure can be inspected indirectly. On the basis of test data on road about tire pressure, the authors of this paper brought forward firstly the concepts about original numbers and standard numbers from wheel speed sensors. And the authors gave a kind of new method to inspect the tire pressure indirectly in taking use of the standard numbers. The new method consisted of: how to demarcate different wheels anti to correct the original pulse numbers, how to compare the standard pulse numbers Of 4 wheels, how to calculate the limited relative errors, and how to iudge a tire' s pressure abnormal using the small sample statistic method,and so on. Many real vehicle tests on road to trial--products were made using the method. And the test results prove that the trial--samples work well and have favorable effect. This paper has important references to people who wants to develop the tire pressure monitoring and alarming system to take use of the pulses from ABS's wheel speed sensors.
