摘要
目的探讨江汉油田矿区老年高血压病患者生活质量的相关关系。方法采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对136例矿区老年高血压病患者及123例健康老年体检者的生活质量及社会支持进行评定,并对两者的相关关系进行统计学分析。结果矿区老年高血压病患者的生活质量及社会支持评分均低于正常人群(P<0.05,P<0.01);除患者机体功能状态外,社会支持与生活质量各维度之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论江汉油田社会支持可以在心理方面影响老年高血压患者的生活质量,对提高其生活质量有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between social support and quality of life of the aged patients with hypertension in Jianghan Oil Field minal area. Methods The Short-Form-36 Health Survey in Chinese （SF-36） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used in the assessment of quality of life and social support of 136 old patients with hypertension in Jianghan Oil Field minal area. The correlation between them was analyzed statistically. Results The quality of life and social support of the aged patients with hypertension were worse than healthy adults in minal area （P 〈 0. 01. P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a moderate positive correlation between social support and the mental health of patients （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） and no marked corrala- tion with physical health. Conclusions Social support can affect the quality of life of the aged patients with hypertension in mentality, and advance their quality of life.
