摘要
在实际工作中,弯扭联合作用下的载荷时间历程为一随机过程,作用在构件上的弯曲和扭转应力很难得到对称循环,相位也常常发生变化。本文在以往工作的基础上,对弯扭联合作用下的随机载荷时间历程的统计计算模型及统计处理方法进行了探讨,其中包括对称循环条件的弯扭联合作用下的随机载荷时间历程统计处理和不同相位条件下的弯扭联合作用下的随机载荷时间历程的统计处理。该项研究已用于主战坦克平衡肘轴载荷谱数据处理之中。
In the real situation, the load time course under the action of combined bending and torsion is a stochastic process. At the same time, it is difficult for the bending and torsion stress on the components to be symmetric and the phases are often changed. So the calculation model and the method of statistical processing for the stochastic load time course under the action of combined bending and torsion are investigated based on the previous work in this paper. The statistical processing of stochastic load time course for the action of combined bending and torsion under the condition of symmetrical cycles and that of different phases are included. The model and the method have been used in the load spectra data processing for the balance elbow of war tank.
