摘要
叶蛋白泛指从青嫩植物茎叶中提取的蛋白质，其中粉碎打浆是提取叶蛋白的主要工序。在试验研究的基础上，设计了９３ＲＪ－４０型打浆机。对该机进行了性能测定，同时对发展叶蛋白生产的前景进行了展望。
Leaf protein is from virid and tender leaves and bins of plants. Cutting and mealing are the main processing methods for leaf protein extraction. On the basis of experimental research, 93RJ 40 rubbing beating machine has been designed and produced. The analysis and inquirement on the main parts of the rubbing beating machine have been done. Making tests and analyses on the rubbing beating machine, the future's research imagination was put forward.
