摘要
在原大豆浸出生产工艺中增加ＹＪＰ２００型油料挤压膨化机，并分别对影响浸出生产线生产能力的各种因素，如浸出料堆积密度，浸出器运转周期，料层高度，混合油浓度，湿粕含溶及粕中残油等进行分析、测定和比较。研究证明：大豆一次浸出生产工艺中增加油料挤压膨化机，可大大提高浸出系统生产能力。
Adding the YJP200 expander in soybean extraction processing, the factors which effect the capacity of extraction system, for example, density of oilseed flake, rotation speed of extractor, thickness of flake bad, full miscella concentration, hexane content in the extracted meal, oil content in the extracted meal, etc., have been analysed, detemined and compared. Based on this studying, the capacity of extraction system will be increased by using the expander in soybean extraction processing.
