摘要
为了减轻犁体牵引力及设计犁体,本文设定了土垡刚体模型,用刚体模型对犁的作用力进行了解析,并求出犁体牵引抵抗力和各种作用力作用点的位置,推出犁壁和排土板的作用力N0和N1。用数学解析方法求出牵引抵抗力,比较了用刚体模型解析和模型试验求出的牵引力的结果。比较结果表明,就地翻转犁[1]的作用力用刚体模型求出和表示是可信和合理的。
In order to obtain the quantity of draft force and the design data of plow to invert furrow slice at the same position, the forces acting on the plow were analysed with a rigid model in which a furrow slice was assumed to be a rigid body. Equations in the x direction were set up by forces acting on furrow at the moldboard and wing and equation of moment was set up too. Component forces f x and forces acting on furrow were calculated from equation of acting forces, Furthermore, the points where acting forces were indicated with the mathematical equations as well as forces acting on moldboard and lateral pressure board were calculated. Equation of the component force in the direction of plow moving was constructed, the experimental data were compared to the predicted values with equation of the component force. It was found that it is possible using a rigid scale model to analyze forces acting on a plow.
