摘要
对BJ2020N汽车在不同胎压、不同路面和不同牵引力下的振动进行了试验,验证了在高滑转率下车辆动力传动系自激振动的存在。分析了自激振动的特点,研究了胎压和路面条件对自激振动的影响,为理论分析动力传动系的自激振动提供了依据。
Self excited vibration in vehicle powertrain occurs in some cases and damages vehicle performance such as tractive performance, etc.. In order to study the regularity and cause of the self excited vibration, experiments of a BJ2020N jeep on various roads, with various tire pressures and several drawbar forces are carried out. Experimental result indicates that there really exists self excited vibration in vehicle powertrain when vehicle runs at high slip. Features of the self excited vibration and the influence of tire pressure and road condition on the self excited vibration are also studied. As a conclusion, the amplitude of the self excited vibration grows as tire pressure increases.
