摘要
考察了漆酚树脂固载化三氯化铁高分子催化剂（UR—FeCl3）在醋酸正丁酯生产中的应用。在12．5mol正丁醇和13．75mol醋酸的反应体系中，用投料总量1．1％的UR—FeCl3催化剂，酯化反应转化率为94％，酯收率为88．5％,产品酯纯度达99．5％。且该催化剂具有易分离，腐蚀性小和可以重复使用等优点。
It is investigated that the application of the urushiol resin immobilized ferric trichloride catalyst (UR -FeCl3)in the production of n-butyl acetate. Using UR-FeCl3 catalyst in the reaction system of acetic acid (13- 75mol )and n-butand (12. 5mol ) the yield of ester is 88, 5%, the ester purity of product is 99.5 %. The catalyst be easy separated, lesser corrosion, and can be reused.
