摘要
辅导员是从事学生思想政治工作的基层工作者,是思想政治工作一线的组织者和教育者,在高校思想政治工作中起着十分重要的作用。在贯彻落实科学发展观、积极构建社会主义和谐社会背景下,高校辅导员要以科学发展观为指导,正确认识自身在学生成长中发挥的重要功能,进而坚持正确的育人理念、运用科学的工作方法来指导学生健康成长。
