摘要
将心理学中关于控制感的研究引入交互设计中,结合交互设计的目的和心理学中控制感的运行模式及结果,提出了保护用户控制感的方法即系统模型与用户模型匹配原则和构建标准化、系统化操作符号系统、交互系统与现实世界匹配的原则。
Lead the research on the control sense of user in the psychology into the interaction design. By combining the interaction design purposes and psychological sense of control in the operating mode and the results, provide the methods of protecting control sense of user which are the principle of matching system model with user model, constructing the standardized, systematic operation system of symbols, the principle of matching the interactive system with the real word.
