Comprehensively analyze and compare the initial investment and operation cost of the one-stage chlorine cooling process flow with the two-stage's,the conclusion can be come to that the two-stage chlorine cooling process flow will be more economic than one-stage from the point of view of a long-term operation and energy conservation and pollution reduction.
