摘要
介绍60kt/a裂解燃料油综合利用装置的工艺设计原则、主要技术特点、工艺流程。装置运行良好、产品质量较高、轻组分收率较大,说明采用减压连续精馏、分步结晶、钼镍两段催化加氢的裂解燃料油综合利用装置的工艺及工程设计是成功的。
Introduce the process design principles,major technical characteristics and process of 60kt/a cracking fuel oil comprehensive utilization plant.Because of its functioning properly,higher product quality and light constituent yield,it demonstrates that the process and engineering design of adopting the continuous vacuum distillation,fractional crystallization and Mo-Ni two-stage catalytic hydrogenation for the cracking fuel oil comprehensive utilization plant are successful.
