摘要
为了给土地利用的宏观控制和微观指导提供科学依据,有效地实现土地利用过程的用途管制,提高乡镇土地利用的合理性。以思南、三穗、关岭和晴隆4县63个乡镇的土地利用规划修编资料为基础,分析了贵州省土地用途分区中存在的问题,并针对现存问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
The paper analyzes the problems in land utilization division and puts forward the countermeasures for solving the problems in land utilization division based on the information of land utilization plan from 63 villages and towns of Sinan, Sansui, Guanling and Qinglong counties to provide the scientific basis of macro-control and micro-guidance of land utilization, effectively realize the utilization management during the land utilization process and enhance the rationality of land utilization in Guizhou.
