摘要
公立医院改革是新医改最难的改革内容,随着我国社会和经济的发展以及国际和社会资本向医疗卫生领域的注入,区域性公立医院的生存和发展环境面临较大的变化。本文讨论新医改中区域中心医院在经营战略上采取纵向整合的集团化发展模式的必要性和可行性;进而分析了借助多种现代筹资手段,改善医疗服务效率,实现医院快速发展的战略选择和需要引起注意的问题。
It is one of the most difficult parts to reform governmental non-profit hospitals in the new health system reform plan. The surviving and developing environment of the regional public hospitals is suffering great changes along with the development of society and economy, and the input of abroad, and domestic investment. The paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of longitudinal merging or conforming strategy for the local central hospitals. The paper also analyses the strategy choices and some questions, to which attention should be paid, of depending on several modem hospital financing to improve the efficiency of hospital services and to make the hospital achieve rapid develooment and resource benefits.
