低压离子排斥色谱法测定水样中的重碳酸盐

Determination of Bicarbonate in Water by Low Pressure Ion Exclusion Chromatography

摘要 研究了低压离子排斥色谱电导检测碳酸氢根离子的新方法。考察了淋洗液浓度、流速、柱长对碳酸氢根保留时间的影响。确定最佳色谱条件为:1×10^-5mol/L硝酸为淋洗液,流速为0.45mL/Mmin,色谱柱柱长为75mm。在此条件下,碳酸氢根的保留时间为5min,检出限(S/N=3)为4.6mg/L,连续11次测定峰高的相对标准偏差为2.26%。将方法用于自来水和矿泉水样品的分析,加标回收率在101.3%-107.8%之间。 This method developed the determination of bicarbonate with low pressure liquid chromatography and conductivity detection. It discussed the effects of eluent concentration, flow rate and column length on the retention times of bicarbonate by using nitric acid solution as the eluent. The appropriate chromatographic conditions were 1 × 10^-5mol/L nitric acid solution as the eluent,0. 45 mL/min as the flow rate and 75 mm as the column length. The retention time of bicarbonate was about 5 min. The detection limit ( S/N = 3) of bicarbonate was 4. 6 mg/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of chromatographic peak height was 2. 26%. This method was applied to the determination of bicarbonate in tap water and mineral water. The recovery precision of bicarbonate was between 101.3% and 107. 8%.
