摘要
在过硫酸铵的引发下,以α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体原料,采用自由基接枝共聚合的方法在氨基表面修饰可反应性S iO2纳米微粒(RNS-A)表面进行了接枝聚合,制备了RNS-A与MAMBA纳米复合物鞣剂。此纳米复合物鞣剂主鞣山羊白湿皮增厚46%。
A vinyl ternary copolymer tanning agent MAMBA has been synthesized by radical copolymerization of methacrylic acid(MAA), acrylamide (AM) and butyl acrylate (BA) with ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. A new nanocomposite tanning agent RNS-A and MAMBA was prepared by inorganic-organic nanocomposite of silica nanoparticles modified with organic compound containing amido(RNS-A) and the vinyl polymer. The thickness of the pickled goatskin tanned by the nanocomposite was increased 46%.
