摘要
随着电力通信的不断发展,通信设备及业务通道的维护量越来越大。缺陷处理是电力通信日常维护的重要工作之一,但是,受限于客观的设备条件和人员技术水平,缺陷处理的效率不高。文章对电力通信缺陷管理以及技能培训的现状进行分析,提出将缺陷管理与技能培训相结合来建立专家知识库的设想,并对专家知识库的构建、应用、维护和扩展提出建议。
The maintenance of communication equipment and business channels is growing with the continuous development of power communication system. The defect treatment is one of the important works of routine maintenance. Because of the objective conditions of the equipment and personnel skill levels, the efficiency of defect treatment is not very high. After analyzing the current status of power communication defect management and skills training, this paper brings out a method to build on expert knowledge base that could be based on a combination of defect management and skills training. The ideas about its construction, application, maintenance and extension are also put forward.
