摘要
目的比较戊型肝炎病毒总抗体(HEV-Ab)与IgG、IgM单抗体检测结果的一致性。方法采用HEV-Ab、HEV-IgG、HEV-IgM3种试剂盒分别对2070份献血者标本进行检测。总抗体阳性、IgG及IgM中至少有1种阳性,或总抗体阴性、IgG及IgM均阴性判为一致。结果总抗体HEV-Ab检测与IgG及IgM检测的一致性为96.9%(2006/2070);HEV-Ab总抗体S/CO值越高,阳性结果的一致性越好。HEV-AbS/CO值≥5、2≤S/CO<5和1≤S/CO<2时,检测结果的一致率分别为98.2%(493/502)、79.3%(46/58)和59.5%(22/37)。结论戊型肝炎病毒总抗体试剂盒(HEV-Ab)与IgG、IgM单抗体试剂盒(HEV-IgG、HEV-IgM)一致性好,HEV-Ab可用于HEV流行病学研究。
Objective To evaluate the consistency between the total anti-HEV IgG/IgM assay （HEV-Ab） and the separated anti-HEV IgG （HEV-IgG） and anti-HEV IgM （HEV-IgM） assays. Methods 2070 plasma samples of blood donors were tested for anti - HEV IgG, anti - HEV IgM, and total anti-HEV IgG/IgM by HEV-IgG, HEV-IgM and HEV-Ab EIA assay kits （Beijing Wanti）. HEV-Ab positive result with either one or both HEV-IgG and HEV-IgM positive results or HEV-Ab negative sesuh with both HEV-IgG and HEV-IgM negative results were considered as consistent. Results The consistency between the FIEV - Ab assay and the separated HEV- IgG and HEV-IgM assays was 96.9% （2006/2070）. With the increase of the HEV-Ab＇s signal to cut off ratios （S/CO）, the consistent rates were increased. With the HEV-Ab S/CO ≥5,2 ≤S/CO〈5 and 1 ≤S/CO〈2,the consistent rate was 98.2%（493/502）,79.3%（46/58） and 59.5%（22/37）, respectively. Conclusions Our study has shown a good consistency between the HEV-Ab assay and the separated HEV-IgG and HEV-IgM assays. HEV-Ab assay can be used for HEV epidemiological study.
