摘要
太阳跟踪系统精度偏低对太阳能热发电的效率的提高有一定的影响,如何提高跟踪系统的精度也是研究太阳能利用的一个重要方面。本文介绍了一种新的太阳跟踪传感器的设计方法,把太阳位置的偏差信号通过数模转换转化成数字量作为控制信号来精确控制步进电机调整传感器位置,与以往运用简单的电平信号来判断太阳位置的方法相比,能够实现高精度测量,也有利于把信号的传输。实验表明,测量精度能够满足太阳跟踪系统的需要,该设计具有一定的实用价值。
Tracking accuracy of the sun-tracking system has some influence on improving efficiency of solar thermal power generation. It is an important aspect of study on solar heat utilization technology that how to improve the precision of the sun tracing system. This paper introduces a kind of new sun-tracking sensor design method, which converts deviation signal of solar position into digital signal by modulus conversion chip. This digital signal is used to control the stepping motor to adjust the sensor position. Compared with some previous methods which determine the sun position by a high or low level signal, this method can realize good measuring accuracy and be beneficial to signal transmission. Test shows that measuring accuracy meets the sun-tracking system needs, and has high practical value.
