摘要
热泵空调中引入辅助电加热器,必须对电加热器非正常条件下的工作状态进行限制,以确保空调器的运行安全。应用流场分析方法,按照辅助电加热器的保护原理,依据热泵空调结构特点,参照实际试验数据,给出相应的设计方法和改进措施。小批量试产证明,该设计试验方法是合理有效的,空调产品安全性能方面达到预期目标。
Leading assistant electric heater into heat-pump room air-conditioner, electric heater working station under abnormal condition must be limited to ensure that air-conditioner is working in safe condition. Applying analysis method of flow field, according to the protective principle of assistant electric heater, the structure character of heat-pump air- condhioner , referring to experiment data, the correspondent design and improvement measures are given. The result of batch process shows that the design of experiment method is reasonable and effective. [ Ch,2 fig. 11 ref. ]
