CPU风扇注塑模具冷却水道布置的优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 借助MPI软件,针对CPU风扇的成型质量,对冷却水道的布置进行了优化设计。通过对回路冷却介质温度、制品冻结时间、熔接痕和翘曲变形等方面进行对比,结果表明,八边形、双冷却液入口的方案熔接痕最少、翘曲变形量最小,是比较理想的冷却水道布置方案。 Aiming at the moulding qualily of CPU fans, this paper made an optimized design on cooling channels layout with MPI software, and made a comparative analysis of different cooling channels design plans based on cooling channels' coolant temperature, plastic products' freezing time, weld mark and warpage deformation, etc. The results show that the plan of octagon & double coolant inlet is a better design of cooling channels with the least weld line and the smallest warpage deformation.
