摘要
随着社会历史的发展,我国的民族高等教育政策也不断进行着改革与调整。针对改革开放30年来民族高等教育政策的发展,通过对相关资料进行全面系统的搜集和梳理,力争理清我国民族高等教育政策30年的发展脉络,归纳总结出我国民族高等教育政策的五个特点,进而为民族高等教育政策的下一步发展作出几种理论探索,以求为现实政策的制定和民族高等教育的实践发展提供一定意义的参考价值。
Along with the development of social history, national higher education policy in our country continuously is also carrying on the reform and adjustment. This article specifically aims at reform and open policy for 30 years the national higher education policy development, carries on summary of the country and combs. The author argues vigorously to clear off our country nationality higher education policy 30 years development vein, the induction summarizes our country nationality higher education policy characteristic, simultaneously makes exploration for the national higher education further development of policy theoretically, thus provides the certain significance for the practical development of formulation and the national higher education practical policy the reference value.
