摘要
采用问卷方法，对西北贫困地区1700余名少数民族成员的社会情绪进行研究。结果表明，当前西北贫困地区少数民族的社会情绪良好，城乡居民对当前生活以及少数民族政策的贯彻实施满意度很高，但对当地政府部门工作的满意度不高；教育公平是城乡居民关注的焦点问题，认为贫富差距问题和务工就业问题最严重；城乡居民感到压力最大的是子女教育问题。
This paper investigated 1700 minority people in northwest poverty--stricken areas. The results show that people living in these areas have good social mood. Urban and rural residents in the poverty-- stricken areas have the high degree of satisfaction with their living, as well as the implementation of the current policy of ethnic minorities. But they are not satisfied with the local government. For them, educational equity is the biggest concern. They believe the gap between the rich and the poor is the most serious social problem. The most pressure they felt is from the education of their children.
