摘要
人的发展是永恒的,而人的全面发展是相对的。要深刻理解教育的真谛,用正确的方式促进人的全面发展,需要从人的生成过程和人的存在状态两个方面理解和把握人的文化特性。从人的生成过程看,学习是人类生存的需要,教育是人的生活本身;教育是人的文化生命机制,是人的生存方式;教育过程是人的自我定义过程,教育有效地为人类提供着进行自身定义的历史整合力。从人的存在状态看,人是超越性、群体性、劳动性、符号化的存在物,人的这些存在方式决定人的文化选择和文化特性,教育是适宜于人的文化特性的文化存在形式。
People's development is eternal, but its overall development is comparative. People's generating process and their existing style can help better understand education essence. Frome perspective view of generating process, study is people's need for existing, and education is the people's life itself and their existing style~ Education process is the process of self--definition. From perspective view of existing style, people are living creatures of transcendence, group, and working, and symbol, these features determines people's culture choice and culture characteristic, and education is the people's existing style of culture.
