本文总结了信息革命对产业组织、企业经营和企业组织结构的影响，从理论上分析了信息与企业经营活动、企业组织功能发挥之间的内在联系。
Abstract It concludes that the information revolution has influences over the industrial organization, enterprise management, and enterprise organization structure.It analyses the connection between information and enterprise management activity and enterprise organization function, and puts forward some suggestions for the reform of state-owned enterprises.
