摘要
作者通过对 MB820柴油机润滑油中磨损颗粒、主要金属元素含量、油品理化性能等方面的检测和分析,并对该柴油机磨损状态进行监控和考察润滑油在使用过程中质量衰变的规律,结果可使换油期从500h 延长至800h。
Wear debris,metal contents and physicochemistry properties,etc.oflubricating oil in MB820 diesel engine are examined and analysed.The wear conditionare monitored and the rules of oil deterioration in service are investigated.It concludesthat the service life of the oil can be extended from 500h to 800h
