摘要
目的总结交通事故性十二指肠损伤的诊治经验。方法对32例交通事故性十二指肠损伤患者的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果治愈29例(90.63%),死亡3例(9.38%);术前确诊10例,术中确诊22例;术后发生并发症6例。结论重视交通事故性十二指肠损伤的临床特点,提高对该病的警惕性,有助于早期诊断;早期诊断、早期手术及选择合理的手术方式是提高治愈率的关键。
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment in the duodenum injuries resulted from the traffic accidents. Methods 32 cases of duodenal injury in traffic accidents in patients with the diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Cured 29 cases （90.63%）, three cases of death （9.38%）; 10 cases of preoperative diagnosis, 22 cases of intraoperative diagnosis; 6 eases of postoperative complications. Conclusion Attention to traffic and the clinical features of duodenal injury, to improve the vigilance of the disease, contribute to early diagnosis;early diagnosis, early surgery and surgery to choose a reasonable approach is to improve the cure rate is the key.
