摘要
对某微型发动机离心甩油燃烧室进行了三维建模及数值模拟。湍流模型采用旋流修正的Realizable k-ε双方程模型,化学反应及组分浓度采用简化的概率密度函数模型,液相采用离散相模型;计算得出了组分、压力、温度的分布特性,分析计算结果可知,该燃烧室的外壁面冷却考虑较少,同时其出口温度不均匀系数较大;提出了掺混孔改进方案,数值模拟结果表明,改进后的燃烧室出口温度分布得到明显改善。
A 3-D modeling and numerical simulations were performed for a micro engine combustor with centrifugal fuel injection. The modified Realizable two-equation model was adopted for the turbulent simulation, the PDF (Probability Density Function) model was used for the chemical reaction and the composition density simulation, and the discrete phase model was applied in the liquid phase simulation. The distribution characteristics of composition, pressure and temperature were obtained. The results show that the outside wall cooling for the eombustor is considered less and the outlet temperature nonuniformity coefficient is higher. The new combnstor with improved mixing hole is presented. The numerical simulation for the new eombnstor show that the outlet temperature distribution is improved significantly
