摘要
人性化服务是现代医疗服务的新模式,检验科作为医院的重要组成部分,其服务质量的优劣,影响着医院的发展与生存,必须对检验工作人员进行服务理念教育,营造良好的检验环境,优化检验流程,落实精细化便民服务措施,以满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求,促进检验科乃至医院长足发展。
Humanistic healthcare service is a new mode of modern heahhcare service. As a crucial part of hospital functional departments, clinical laboratory plays a significant role in the existence and development of hospitals. Therefore, humanistic service education should be applied to staffs in clinical laboratory, in order to improve the working environment, examination procedures, and convenience - for - people service, satisfy the need of general public for better heahhcare and promote the further development of clinical laboratory centers and hospitals.
