摘要
矿产储量管理是矿产资源管理的基础工作、核心内容和关键环节。目前,国土资源部门的监管停留在被动接收信息的层面上,很难全面有效地掌握管辖区范围内的矿产开采情况。随着信息技术和空间技术的发展及大量地理信息系统在国土资源部门管理工作中的广泛运用,把先进的科技引入到矿山储量管理中,能够促进矿产储量的合理开发和有效保护。本文对常用于矿产储量计算的模型进行了比较,并对其综合运用及建立矿山储量动态管理信息系统进行了探讨,具有实用价值。
Mineral reserves management is the crux of mineral resources management. However, passive receipt of information makes it hard for land office to get a full picture of mining in the controlled district. Fortunately, the development of information and space technology enables large varieties of GIS to be applied to the management of land resource department. The application of advanced technology to mineral reverses management ensures rational mining and efficient protection of mineral reserves. In this paper, the authors attempt to analyze frequently used models for mineral reserves calculation and seek to structure dynamic management information system on mineral reserves. The system discussed in this article is of great significance in application.
