摘要
工学结合是经济欠发达省份办职业教育的有效途径和最佳方法。不断创新工学结合办学模式,建立工学结合办学模式的发展机制,在借鉴国外办学模式和发展机制的同时,推行符合省情的与职业教育特质相关的办学模式,尤其要推行与"教学做"相统一的工学结合办学模式,并从政策上予以支持,使之成为甘肃省职业教育发展的有效形式。
Combining working with learning is an effective and best method for the vocational education in underdeveloped provinces. The development mechanism of school - running model ＂combining working with learning＂ cannot be built up without continuous innovation. On one hand, we need to learn from foreign school - running model and development mechanism. On the other hand, we need a model in accordance with provincial reality and education features. Especially, the model of unity of ＂teaching, learning and working＂ is worth carrying out. Meanwhile, the policy support is needed to make the model effective for the vocational education in Gansu province.
