摘要
2007～2008年对广西靖西县15个乡镇的旱地烟草根结线虫病发生情况进行了实地调查,结果显示,靖西县15个乡镇旱地烟草根结线虫检出率为100%,其中龙临乡的根结线虫量最多,达989头/100mL土;平均根结指数为17.34,其中最高的是南坡乡,达46.89,表明根结线虫病在靖西县旱地烟草中发生普遍。文章同时分析了靖西县普遍发生烟草根结线虫病的原因,并提出了防治措施。
The present study was conducted to investigate the occurrence of tobacco diseases caused by root-knot nematodes in dry land of 15 townships in Jingxi county,Guangxi from 2007 to 2008.Total 86 soil and root samples were collected and analyzed.The results showed that the incidence of root-knot nematodes in 15 townships was 100%.Among 15 townships,the density of root-knot nematodes in Longlin town was the highest with 989 per 100mL soil.The average disease index of 15 townships was 17.34,and the highest disease index（46.89） was recorded in Nanpo town.These results indicated that the tobacco diseases caused by root-knot nematodes were popular in dry land of Jingxi county of Guangxi.Further,the occurrence causes and control measures of root-knot nematodes disease in tobacco planted in dry land of Jingxi county have also been discussed.
