介绍了氯碱企业蒸发器管板与换热管接头发生泄漏的原因及返修方法。开槽胀接的不锈钢换热器返修比较困难,在管端采用加套管方法进行修补。
The reasons of evaporator tube sheet and heat exchange pipe joint leakage and methods of repair were introduced. Repair of stainless steel heat exchanger with joint tightness was more difficult. The plus casing method was applicated in the pipe end for repair.
