摘要
针对煤矿长运距带式输送机的头、尾部的信号采集或控制设备的需要,开发了新型CAN总线通讯控制节点的总体设计方案。重点介绍了基于PIC18F458单片机和CTM1050收发器的CAN总线通讯节点的总体设计方案,硬件结构和软件流程。作为一种通用远距离通讯数据采集控制平台,不必进行协议转换,实现了信号采集与控制,在煤矿应用中取得了良好的效果。
To meet requirements of the signal acquisition from the drive head unit and drive end unit of longdistance belt conveyor, and controlling equipment, develops the overall design scheme, hardware structure and software flow chart of a new type of CAN bus communication and control node. Introduces mainly the overall design program of CAN bus to communicate and control nodes based on PIC18F458 Single Chip Microcomputer and CAN bus receiver/transmitter. It achieves' signal acquisition and control, good results of application in coal mine as a universal data acquisition and control platform for long-distance communication without performing protocol conversion.
