摘要
加热器是发电厂的一种主要辅助设备,一旦出现故障.将影响发电厂的经济效益和安全性;统计表明,管系泄漏是造成故障停运所占比例中较大的一类。U型管加热器内部管系泄漏主要分为管子本身泄漏和端口泄漏。文中结合我厂各机组加热器运行中故障的主要原因及预防措施加以综合论述。
Heater is the main auxiliary equipment of power plant, whose breakdown would affect, the economics and safety of power plant. Statistics show that tube system leakage accounts for a great proportion of shutdown, including the tube leakage and port leakage in U--shaped heater. In accordance with the main causes of breakdown in heater operation, the author expounds the corresponding prevention measures.
