摘要
企业内部各个组织单元是企业战略实施的基本单位,企业整体绩效是企业内部各组织单元绩效的有效集成,企业内部组织单元绩效评价也是企业绩效评价体系的组成之一。在基本理论分析和对220家企业深入调查的基础上,对企业内部组织单元绩效评价系统的构成要素及其实施现状进行了分析。
Each organization unit is the basic unit for the implementation of the whole strategy of enterprise. The performance of enterprise is effective integration of the entire performance of organization unit. So the performance appraisal of internal organization is also one part of the whole performance appraisal system of enterprise. Based on the basic theory and deep survey on the 220 enterprises, this paper analyzes the status quo and elements of performance appraisal system of organization unit.
