Characteristics evaluation of infrared thermal imaging system

摘要 红外热像仪性能参数标准的传递,是通过高精度黑体、标准靶标和标准准直器对其进行准确测试。而高精度黑体的量值可溯源到中国测试技术研究院建立的全辐照国家基准黑体辐射源,保证了测量高灵敏度热像仪的必备条件。目前,国家唯一的全辐照基准装置和红外热像仪性能参数检测校准装置达到国际同类标准的先进水平,在国内处于领先地位。 The characteristics parameters of infrared thermal imaging system are accurately measured through the high-accuracy blackbodies, the standard targets and the standard collimator. The high-accuracy blaekbodies can be traced to the national primary standard blackbodies for total radiance, which is founded in National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology(NIMTr). The calibrated blackhodies can ensure the accuracy of the measured infrared thermal imaging system. At present, the only national primary standard for total radiance and the standard equipment for calibrated infrared thermal imaging system are advanced in the world, and keep head in our country.
