摘要
目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。方法分析44例临床明确诊断的结节性甲状腺肿患者89个结节的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。结果等回声或低回声结节12个,无回声结节11个,混合性回声结节66个,25个结节内可见到稍增多的点线状血流信号。结论结节性甲状腺肿的超声图像有一定的特异性,在诊断与鉴别诊断上具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 2 dimensional （2D）-and color doppler uitrasonography in the diagnosis of nontoxic modular goiter. Methods In 44 patients with nodular goiter, 89nodules were e- valuated by high-resolution sonography and color Doppler sonography. Results Of the 89 nodules, 12 had ho- moechoic or hypoechoic texture, 11 had anechoic texture , 66 had mixedechoic texture, twenty-five nodules showed increasing intranodular blood flow. Conclusion Sonogram of nontoxic nodular goiter has some specifici- ties. Ultrasonography has high advantages in diagnosing and differential diagnosing nontoxic nodular goiter.
