Phases of Iron and Aluminum Impurities in Phosphate Rock and Experimental Study of their Decomposition Rate in Phosphoric Acid

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪和化学分析方法测定了3种磷矿的物相组成,并用动力学的方法研究了磷矿中铁铝杂质的分解率。结果表明,用标度理论导出的分形模型对其动力学过程有较好的适应性,还发现铁铝杂质在低浓度磷酸中的分解具有负温度效应。并进一步探讨了铁铝的存在对反应过程的影响。 The phase compositions of three phosphate rocks are determined by the X ray diffractometer and chemical analytical methods, and the decomposition rate of iron and aluminum impurities in the rocks are studied by the kinetic method. The results indicate that the fractal model derived from the scale theory fits well its kinetic process, and it is found that the decomposition of iron and aluminum impurities in low concentration phosphoric acid gives a negative temperature effect. Also, the effect of the presence of iron and aluminum on the reaction process is discussed futher.
