摘要
本文主要采用电子束诱导法对Na-β-Al2O3的离子迁移行为及退化进行了研究。观察到了Na-β-Al2O3在轰击点附近的钠沉积现象,用该法直接证明钠沉积会导致Na-β-Al2O3产生微裂纹,并最终引起破坏的假设,得到了与Poiseuile压力退化模型相同的结果。
The ionic migration behavior was studied by using the EPMA in this paper,whose distinguished feature was that it could observe the ion transportation in site.The results for Na β Al 2O 3 showed that the metal Na could gather with around the bomb point and this gather may cause the crack.It verified De.Jonghe's hypothesis about the damage in Na β Al 2O 3 because of the deposition of metal Na.
