摘要
目的:探讨儿童急性苯二氮类药物过量的治疗方法。方法:回顾分析我院25例儿童急性苯二氮类药物过量的治疗过程以及3个月随访资料。结果:25例苯二氮类药物过量的儿童全部治愈出院,出院3个月内没有发现后遗症。结论:对于苯二氮类药物过量患儿应及时清除胃肠道药物,给予特效解毒剂,并对症支持治疗。
Objective： To investigate the treatment for children benzodiazepines overdose. Methods： Twenty-five cases of child henzodiazepines overdose in our hospital and 3-month follow-up data were respectively analyzed. Results： Twenty five cases of child benzodiazepines overdose were cured and discharged from hospital, and had no eomplications within 3 months. Conclusions： For children with benzodiazepines overdose, the necessity of timely clearance of gastrointestinal drugs, effective antidotes and supportive treatment is indicated.
