摘要
[目的]了解流动儿童的免疫规划状况,为相应传染病的预防控制策略提供依据。[方法]2008年12月,在枣庄市抽取流动人口较多的城乡结合处的农村,对513名流动人口(流动儿童)进行调查,同时调查513名常住儿童作对照。[结果]"五苗全程"接种率、建证率,513名流动儿童分别为80.51%、87.52%,513名常住儿童分别为98.64%、100.00%(P<0.01)。0～5岁流动儿童IC卡入机管理率分别为65.52%、46.75%、39.78%、38.83%、28.43%、28.75%,(P<0.01),"五苗全程"接种率分别为82.76%、84.42%、79.57%、82.52%、78.43%、76.25%(P>0.05)。[结论]枣庄市城乡结合部农村流动儿童免疫规划接种率与建证率较低。
[Objective]To understand the status of National Immunization Program （NIP） among floating children, provide evidence for prevention and control of related infectious diseases. [Methods]Investigation was conducted among 513 floating children randomly collected from the rural area of rural-urban continuum in September 2008,513 children of permanent resident were investigated as controls,[Results]The coverage and the rate of immunization certificate established of five vaccines were 80.51%, 87.52 % among floating children, and 98.64%, 100.00% among 513 children of permanent resident（ P 〈0.01）. The management rate of IC card was 65.52% ,46.75%,39.78%,38.83%,28.43% and 28.75% respectively among children aged from 0-5 （ P 〈0.01） using computer management system. The coverage of the five vaccines of whole-course was 82. 76%,84. 42G ,79. 57G,82. 52%,78. 43% and 76.25% respectively （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The cover;ge and the rate of immunization certificate established in floating children from the rural area of rural-urban continuum was low in Zaozhuang city.
