摘要
目的:探讨愈疡灌肠方对溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗作用及对IL-4、IL-10的影响。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组。治疗组予愈疡灌肠方(100mL)灌肠治疗,每晚1次;对照组予生理盐水100mL,加入柳氮磺胺吡啶3g,地塞米松5mg灌肠治疗,每晚1次。观察2组患者治疗前后的疗效及IL-4、IL-10的变化。结果:两组均4周治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后IL-4、IL-10均较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:愈疡灌肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,有助于增加溃疡性结肠炎患者的IL-4、IL-10,其作用机制可能与其调节机体的免疫有关。
Objective：To investigate the effects of coloclysis with Yuyang Guanchang Fang on interleukin-4（IL-4） and interleukin-10（IL-10） levels and therapeutic effect in patients of ulcerative colitis. Methods：A total of 60 patients suffered ulcerative colitis were divided randomLy into two groups：treatment group and control group. In the treatment group,30 patients were treated by coloclysis with Yuyang Guanchang Fang（100mL） once a night,and control group were treated by coloclysis with 3g SASP and 5mg dexamethasone dissolved in 100mL warm normal sodium once a night. The clinical curative effect,IL-4 and IL-10 level were observed before and after treatment. Results：After therapy for 4 weeks,Total effective rate of the treatment group （96.67%） was higher than that of control group （73.33%） （P0.05）. In the treatment group,IL-4 and IL-10 levels were improved significantly as compared with the control Group （P0.05）. Conclusion：Yuyang Guanchang Fang has significant curative effect on treatment of UC,and effectively improved the patients of ulcerative colitis levels of IL-4 and IL-10. The significant effect of Yuyang Guanchang Fang on the patients of ulcerative colitis may be attributed to immune-regulation.
