摘要
化疗后引起血小板减少较为常见,但很难处理,西药治疗效果不理想且昂贵,中医药的治疗有良好的作用。选择使用以奥沙利铂为主的方案化疗,化疗后出现血小板减少的结直肠癌患者,采用中医滋阴养血的治法,与西医支持治疗结合,升血小板疗效明显,32例中总有效率为87.5%,相对于单纯西药治疗组有统计学意义。
The thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy is common but hard to treat. Western therapy has few effects and is very expensive. In this research,Ziyin Yangxue method of TCM is used to treat thrombocytopenia of CRC patient.The thrombocytopenia was caused by chemotherapy which composed mainly by oxaliplatin.In 32 cases,the effective power is 87.5%,more effective than the goup that use western therapy only.
