摘要
目的比较宫内放置吉妮环(GyneFiXINIUD)和爱母环(MCUIUD)的临床效果及并发症。方法将符合入选条件的154例置器者,随机分成两组,A组放置吉妮环(76例),B组放置爱母环(78例),放器后追踪随访节育器的脱落率、带器妊娠率、续用率及术后并发症。结果两组IUD在脱落率、带器妊娠率、因症取出率、续用率接近,差异无统计学意义,B组置器术后腰腹疼痛、月经增多、经期延长、不规则流血的发生率均高于A组,差异具有统计学意义。结论两组节育器均有脱环率、带器妊娠率、因症取出率低,续用率高等优点;吉妮环更适用于置器后腰腹疼痛、月经异常改变者。
Objective To compare the clinical effects and complications of intrauterine ring placed Gyne FiX IN IUD and MCU IUD. Methods 154 cases were randomly divided into two groups, A group placed Gyne FiX IN IUD （76 cases）, B group to place the MCU IUD （78 cases）, and then follow - up study the falling rate of IUD and device pregnancy, renewal rate and postoperative complications. Results There were not statistically significant in expulsion rate, device pregnancy, the rate of removal for disease, continued rate, while the incidence of abdomen and unbar pain, increased menstrual, menstrual period prolonged and irregular bleeding in B group were higher than A group which were statistically different. Conclusion Both Gyne FiX IN IUD and MCU IUD possess the advantages of low rate of expulsion, device pregnancy and removal for disease, with high continued rate, but the former is more suitable for those women with abdomen and unbar pain, abnormal menstrual.
