摘要
针对某大跨度桥式起重机的主梁结构,采用许用应力法和极限状态法进行了跨中截面强度校核,计算结果表明2种方法都是合适的,但极限状态法计算得到的最大应力值稍大,与许用(极限)应力值相比,其设计富裕度更大,设计更安全。
Aiming at the girder structure of a large-span bridge crane, this essay checks the strength of the mid-span section using both the allowable stress method and the limit state method, and as the calculation turns out, both methods are appropriate, with the maximum stress value obtained using the latter method slightly exceeding the allowable (limit) stress value obtained using the former method. A conclusion is therefore reached that the latter method is safer to be used in design due to a bigger safety margin.
