中国汽车再制造产业发展模式分析 被引量:6

摘要 再制造是汽车工业发展循环经济、走可持续发展道路的一个重要技术途径。目前我国汽车零部件再制造试点工作已经展开,产业发展模式的选择是一个值得探讨的问题。本文系统分析了制约我国再制造产业发展的政策性、技术性以及意识性等因素,论证了不同投入主体的投入动机、投入目标以及投入效果,根据产业发展的不同阶段所需资源投入侧重点的不同,提出了政府激励模式、技术推动模式和市场引导模式三种产业发展模式,以期对中国汽车再制造产业的发展有所启示。 With the development of society, the number of automobile, especially the end-of-life vehicles in China is increasing year by year, while the social problems which are caused by the ELVs, such as the environmental pollution, waste of energy sources and traffic safety, are becoming more and more serious. Automobile remanufacturing is an important technology method to develop the circular economy of Chinese automobile industry and take a sustainable development road. The experiment units of automobile remanufacturing have begun to work, and the selection of development pattern is a considerable issue. This paper puts out three development patterns according to the different developing period of automobile remanufacturing industry, such as the government incenting pattern, the technology driving pattern and the market leading pattern, in order to give some inspiration to Chinese automobile remanufacturing industry.
